    Had a reply stating the evidence given does not prove we were autirised to park in the area need valid evidence we did not break the t&c of the stipulations on the signage. Placed on hold for 14 days in order to provide further evidence. But no ways given of getting in touch apart from ways to make payment?

    That's a standard stalling tactic. Reply and say you have appealed as you were entitled to do and you do not need or wish to add any more evidence. Remind them they are not allowed to withhold a POPLA appeal verification code from you nor issue it late.

    I would send a letter if it were me and just get proof of posting at the Post Office.

    Yes of course because it gives you a paper trail of letters and a free certificate of posting for your own records.
