Thanks for the congrats, I was terrified at first but getting excited now. Everytime I see a friend's newborn I can't believe how far Grace has come since then. We're off to Morocco, we were originally going to Egypt but with all the terorism warnings there at the moment there's just no way. So then we looked at Florida but decided it's not worth it at the moment as Grace is too young to enjoy a lot of the parks considering the money it costs, and we couldn't enjoy the content she's too small for since there'd only be the 3 of us. So then we looked at cuba/dominican republic but we were put off by a friend who was a air hostess for 12 years saying the hospitals there are amongst the worst in the world and while I hope we don't need them this early there's a chance.... and so we ended up in Morocco as we've both always wanted to go and there's not really anywhere in Europe that gets direct enough sun to generate vitamin D this early. So we're off there shortly, then we'll be back for 2.5 weeks before Grace and I are off for a week with mum and dad in either South of France or Lake Como. Its entirely down to mum but I admit I'm hoping for Lake Como. By the time I come back from there I'll be nearly 21 weeks and hopefully not in the last few weeks but I'm not making any longer term plans than that (although our Christmas present from mum and dad is a weekend in Edinburgh when I'm 24 weeks but we'll have to see about that one).Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I think so, I didn't even notice there were two little penguins until a friend pointed it out to me!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

So now you all know about bump 2 (or little puddin as we've nicknamed him due to being plump and stationary) I guess some things I say make a bit more sense. I've actually been put forward for 2 jobs with other authorities in the last month, but I've made the decision not to apply as I don't think they're realistically going to appoint an obviously pregnant woman, and also I don't want to be starting a new job just to go on maternity 2 or 3 months later. So at least until next May when Grace goes half time to nursery I'll be at home with the kids, then we'll just see how things are going then. I'm still hoping to start my business but finding a funding route we're both happy with has hit a wall.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I think it would be best option for you to not work as I know all the problems with your work and having to take time off etc stressed you out a lot.
The holidays sound great and just what you need.
Glad Zach is being a good boy Birdie!0 -
Ah Dinah, just saw the news on FB and rushed over! I can still really clearly remember when you posted Gracie's scan picture, I was at work on my own literally squealing with excitement, but there are people here today so I'm having to contain myself! Glad to hear everything is well so far medically as well and will keep everything crossed for a totally uneventful 6 months. I've always wanted to see Cuba too, but it just wasn't the right time for us. Have a great trip!
No definitely find out the sex. There's this babybond place that does gender scanning for £39/£79 where I have my acupuncture, and I'm desperately trying to convince NIM he really, really wants to book a scan for the day we come back from holiday so we can find out. He's resisting well though! I'm not ever curious about presents or suprises but not knowing what the last member of our family is going to be is killing me. Everyone seems to think boy this time, I'm happy either way as we know what we're doing with a girl, and we wouldn't change a thing about Grace so stands to reason we'd like another girl just as much, but a boy would be lovely to see the other side of the tiny person experience. The only worry I have about a boy is if we have a preemie they don't do as well as girls in the nicu, I really don't think I can cope with a longer stay and God forbid the baby is left with lasting consequences.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

That is completely and utterly pointless. All you did there was get my hopes up in the first half of the sentence.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
