Does it make you feel better to critise mine? Lol

That's nice & clean compared to mine & it's massive that's well worth the price x

Maybe so but the photos hide that a lot of the wood needs a coat of gloss and some walls need a coat of paint.

Now you've moved a sofa out of the lounge, could you put down a cheap but cheerful rug to break up the laminate?

Maybe something like a tall vase next to it would make it less obvious...like the rug idea. Maybe see if a family member or friend has something

Lovely view out the back and there is even a cat to spot! GL with your sale too.
It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

Your house seems similar to ours, also in Birmingham.

Ours is up for oiro £105000 and we turned down £99000. Try and ignore the "you should have accepted 95k" comments. You had your reasons and it's not really the constructive criticism you welcomed.

What? Why are you telling the OP to IGNORE the suggestions given? The OP said they will welcome constructive critisism.

I think telling them to ignore what people have said is rude.

I think it's well overpriced. It's a small 2 bed terraced, and no way is it worth £100K. I wouldn't pay more than £80K, and the OP probably should have accepted £95K. They may have to accept less than that now. People saying they should have accepted the £95K are saying this, to suggest next time they get an offer close to this, they should accept it.
