Hi, my house has been on the market for over a year, firstly with estate agents & now with house network, I'm getting viewings but no decent offers. I've had 2 offers. 90k & 95k, which I feel is top less. I'm getting realli depressed & want to move to be closer to my mom. Why is my house not selling I don't think it's overpriced. Any advice much appreciated x

Unfortunately it always boils down to price. Someone will only be willing to pay what they think it is worth and often that will not match what you think it is worth.
To put it frankly if the price is right it will sell. Houses should not be on the market for that long and anything that is, is overpriced.0 -
