Maximiles (Ipoints) help needed(merged)

Am pleased as ipoints have finally credited points that i have been missing since Oct last year!!
Has anyone ordered anything with there points and received it since the new site is up and running? I want to but I don't want not to get the item and then have hassle of trying to get my points back.

It depends how many searches you've done on a per monthly basis. I think it's a maximum of 80 ipoints (120 searches) per calendar month, and once you've reached that mark they stop until your 'month' (I think the date you joined them) starts again.

I'm getting bonus points emails invitations - surveys/studies etc.... BUT ...they haven't put any links in the emails so that you can participate in the surveys!! (happened twice now!)

I was unable to get iPoints from Webfetch on 31st January but the following day they awarded points, suggesting their monthly period follows the actual calendar month. The points didn't go on my iPoints account immediately, which they have always done in the past, but appeared later in the day.

A reminder to everybody registered on Who Remembers Me. You can update your attendances every month and get 10 iPoints for every new one up to a maximum of 10. That's an instant 100 ipoints every month.

can anyone change their personal details (address etc) in the my account section of ipoints. I am able to make changes but even after clicking validate changes, the changes are not saved, anyone know a way around this?

i have ordered 4 dvds a cd 2books and a magazine subscription
i have recived the books and emailed about the others as it has been over 2weeks since i have ordered,they are sending out 2 of the dvds and the cd but the other 2dvds were out of stock so will wait for those
i also ordered a £30 amazon voucher and recived it within 2day of ordering

i ordered an amazon voucher 25th jan, although its only been a week, the last time i ordered one it was sent special delivery and it arrived the next working day! the confirmation email doesnt give any clues as to how long it would take to be processed, anyone else ordered vouchers lately? how quickly did they turn up?

It's beyond belief that ipoints still haven't managed to sort out all the problems with their relaunched site. It's been nearly three weeks now. I bet they wish they had just left it as it was!

I just found a new surveys tickbox.

Log in, select the 'Todays news' tab and in the menu on the left there is an option for iPoints surveys ( I suppose it is separate to the Surveys.com stuff as it seems to be a different company)
