Amazon do send the codes through email as I've sent them to a friend before.

Regarding ipoints, Elke suggested it was a new thing as they have had problems with the distribution. So hopefully this is the end of the "we have no stock" delay on ipoints .... I'll believe that when the code arrives :p

Voucher emailed today as promised and already used.

Ipoints with good customer service ... surely not :p :rotfl:
  • Hi there, I recently had a problem with an order I had with ipoints, a really nice guy on this site gave me an e-mail address of someone at ipoints and she was really helpful. I got my rewards 10 days later. her address is Elke Macpherson [e.macpherson@ipoints.co.uk]
Hope this helps, she was really nice and I did tell her I'd sing her praises onthis site, so I hope everyone takes notice. ipoints rock!! (By the way my reward was 6 bottles of wine, so you can see why I'm so happy to have received them!!):j

Well I've just received my Amazon gift voucher today & it was still sent by ordinary mail & not email, so make of that what you will. Maybe if you complain they'll now email the code to you as it's a bit quicker? lol But anyway, we've got them and that's all that matters!

    :T
  • hi, this is my first post -thanks for all the info - glad i found this place, finally put my mind at ease - sort of!. I contacted Ipoints (lots of times!) and received an email about the vouchers. I was told that the more expensive ones were coming email and the cheaper by post - but mine came post £50, I asked why, - some mix up when ordering 'Future reward redemptions for Amazon Vouchers which are of the value £50 and higher, will be emailed to you direct from Amazon'

I think this is much better and I will start worrying less!

That's all very well them saying that, but the Amazon voucher I received only yesterday came through the post (unregistered) & was for £100! But, at least I got it, so that's something positive. I've ordered another one now so we'll see what happens with that one.

Has anybody else had problems loggin into ipoints since the site changed? I cannot do polls or view my statements as it asks me to log in and just refreshes the page after logging in, no message saying incorrect password(whioch I know is right) or anything just keeps refreshing. Its driving me mad, I thought it would have been fixed by now! And cant find anywhere to contact anyone by email either! TIA

That sort of thing was happening to me when the site first changed, but now it all seems to be sorted out, I've even stopped getting the apologetic message about the statement after logging in.

I've vaguely noticed the contact part of the site, but thankfully (after being quite patient) have had no need to use it. You can use this email address to get through to someone direct, I know a few of us on here have used this over the last month & she does help get things sorted, so give it a try and send her a nice little email :o
