After many emails asking ipoints to update my account, I've finally received an email apologising for the problems and saying my points will be added in 7 days.
Had a look this morning and, instead of adding the 2,000 odd points I've earned from surveys, they've only added 100! Off we go again ... yet another email to them and probably a few weeks' wait to get one back

More decent voucher news, the sendit vouchers have just lowered in price - not quite down to what they were before the site revamp, but not too much more (6,150pts for a £30 voucher instead of previously being 5,950) meaning they're still cheaper than any other monetarily equivalent voucher. So good news for all those who like to make the most from the little savings you can get.
