lol, actually, you've always been able to do that, but I was holding off on doing it until I saw what they were like and as your post suggests I have not yet bothered!


On the plus side, this morning I finally got the sendit voucher I ordered 2 1/2 months ago, so maybe, just maybe, things are starting to get sorted after all

WOW!

I can confirm that I've now also just been issued all the missing ipoints from the various gambling sites I was still owed (which amounted to around 25,000 ipoints!) & also an extra 1,000 ipoints as a goodwill gesture.

Now as long as things go smoothly as regards using these ipoints to buy rewards, there are probably a few of the cynical among us (including myself) owe the people at ipoints an apology, as it does indeed look like things may be rectified by the close of business today.

These positives are maybe somewhat belated but at least ipoints do finally seem to be getting their house in order.

Oh well, considering the recent developments of me receiving my missing sendit voucher and a lot of ipoints I was owed and with nearly 50,000 points burning a hole in my virtual pocket I've relented and gone against my gut feeling to wait until you'd received your rewards before I ordered anything else by ordering myself a £100 Amazon voucher, so let's hope things go okay from now on!

i recived my £100 amazon voucher today just over a week from when i ordered it.i havent recived anything else yet but they have untill thursday next week before i start asking questions lol

Most of my missing points have appeared but there are still a 1000 or so to go yet, I am going to leave it til Monday and if they aren't up by then I will chase them.

I'm assuming these are 'free' points from surveys etc? I didn't even bother complaining about those ones but they gave me 1,000 ipoints as a goodwill gesture anyway, so that probably covers those ones that were missing as well. At the moment I'm pretty happy about this, just hope everyone's rewards turn up now!

just looked at ipoints and I have now got my 4078 refunded ipoints from my cancelled dvd reward

I've finally received some of the points I am owed but have no idea which points relate to what.

I was waiting on points from a Staples order from September, had queried the fact that a majority of my reward emails did not credit points and the fact that only about 5% of the surveys I have completed since the beginning of last year have tracked.

Whilst I am pleased that some action has been taken, I am really none the wiser as to whether there are still problems with my account tracking survey responses etc. Not sure whether to email again or just leave it. :undecided

To be honest I think those surveys are a total waste of time. I eventually received a couple of hundred points for signing up but have never received a single point for any of the surveys I've completed since joining, so I gave up on them completely.
