dont get carried away everyone, they're very good at promising things....
some good news though
Thank you for your email.
I can confirm that Amazon vouchers along with sendit.com and High Street vouchers will be available again. We are currently uploading these to our site and they should be available by the end of this week.
Please accept my apologies for any confusion caused.
Kind Regards

I first read that name as "Elle Macpherson"!!!    not Elke.
Now that would have been an impressive addition to the ipoints CS Dept!0 -
my account still hasnt been credited the 4078 ipoints (3578 from a canceled dvd reward & 500 points for goodwill) they said would be credited within 48 hours of friday morning.Have sent them another email asking when the points will be credited. Also yesterdays I had emails saying my querys had been updated but when you click on the link to read the reply you just get "sorry the page cannot be found" and there seems no way to view your querys on the ipoints site. Whoever is doing there website seems very slow at correcting their technical difficultys as the site still has many problems and they dont seem to have put any priority at getting the customer service part of the site working.0

If they're expecting me to give up and go use the forms on their website, they're having a laugh - I can't figure them out, the forms ask me for info I don't have (like how much my order was - when the points I'm missing are from a survey or something) and they're just not very userfriendly. Plus I'd have to fill in the form somewhere in the region of 50 times for each thing they've not credited me for!
I would recommend a single email detailing all the issues that are yet unresolved. So far Elke has been very helpful, we don't want to spoil that by spamming her inbox. Even if she doesn't reply straight-away, she will look into the matter.0 -

After having problems with ipoints for months & not being able to log in when the site changed & just this moment receiving numerous emails saying my previous tickets have been closed (without the misisng points being awarded I might add) I did a quick search and found this thread and I have to say, if you'll forgive the sentiment, that I'm glad I'm not the only one!
The way ipoints is run is a complete joke, making promises they only deliver when it suits them. At this moment I'm personally owed 50,000 ipoints! including missing rewards they say they're having technical difficulties with and the balance I have at the moment I'm reluctant to spend as I have no confidence whatsoever that I'll receive the rewards since I've been waiting over 2 months for the last one I ordered.
I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but surely promising ipoints and then not delivering on that promise is some sort of fraudulent activity? Without these promises people would probably not spend money on joining the casino &/or bingo sites (I certainly wouldn't have).
I'm sure like everyone else I'm just going to have to keep waiting and hoping things will improve (but realistically after 4 months of submitting tickets to them why should they improve now?) and will be very interested to hear if anyone actually receives any rewards from now on!0 -
got a reply from ipoints regarding the refund of my points they now say the technical difficultys with the site and the transfer of points should br rectified by close of business on Friday.0
