I couldn't the first couple of times I tried, so I'm sure they'll get round to you eventually. There are still plenty of problems with the site once you're logged in too, so they're obviously still busy fixing it.

ive got 800-1000 points in outstanding tickets (i say outstanding, i have them as being outstanding, they have them as being closed!)

im assured that the points will be added by COB on friday, only 24 hours away from seeing if they've stuck to a promise or broken yet another one!

just another thing, i notice that they've been promising EVERYONE that any outstanding points will be added to accounts by COB on friday

has anyone actually had any points (following from support tickets) added yet? i haven't and i can't see how they're going to sort everything out in one day

With me they said everything would be sorted out 'within 7 days' and that was only yesterday, so unlike you and many others I won't be sitting around p****d off tomorrow when you don't get your points!

to be honest, now ive seen their points "price" for the amazon vouchers come down, im happy enough knowing my time with them has been cut shorter than what i thought it would be :beer:

Yes, I've also noticed that the cheaper DVDs are lower now also, I think I'm right in saying that the minimum points value any DVD had before was 2200 ipoints, even if it was only worth a fiver, but now the ipoints values match the actual prices on sendit.com so that is also a good improvement (well it will be if the DVDs are actually processed and sent out anyway!).

Rang i points again as not had e mail to my complaint of not receving reward.They rang me back and the owing points have been credited to my account as goods cant be supplied any more. Ill have to save a few more now for Amazon voucher as its the only thing i could see worth getting but at least reading your messages they have gone down.

It took me2 days to log on. I can see my points if I click on the link at the bottom of an ipoints e-mail. But when I go directly to the site, I see a diiferent much lower amount even though I have cleared the cache on my computer. Sometimes I see a combination of both, really confusing. I don't know if they are still working on this but has now been a week!
