The points I am still missing are for purchases (a Wii from Amazon and a memory card from Play.Com) but they are still within the 30 days I will chase them next week if they haven't shown.

Oh I've never had any problem with points from Amazon or Play purchases... one thing though, isn't there something in the fineprint that says the items have to be dispatched within 7 days for the transaction to be valid? I'm pretty sure there is, because it says to be careful when pre-ordering. I mention this because I know the Wii was out of stock for a long time.

Log in to Test & Vote (Now called ToLuna, they too have just had a site revamp).
In the rewards section is an option to convert your points to iPoints - you need 50000 T&V points (surveys range from 2000 -15000 points so quite easy to reach target). 50000 T&V points converts to 1500 iPoints.

I didn't know that about the despatch rule. Thanks.

The Wii was in stock briefly just before xmas. I got one through persistence. I would have the amazon page open and I just refreshed it several times through out the day. After a few weeks, it paid off

well im relieved my account has received the missing 12500 points from the casino so i now could order my 12months heat subscription woohooo!! also got an email from "matt" at ipoints who is going to chase up the Top Gear subscription as well!

I just ordered a Wii for my nephew from the German Amazon, it was constantly in stock there, delivery's always as quick from there as the super-saver Amazon UK delivery and I think it ended up being a bit cheaper anyway and the adapter plug was only a couple of quid.

After many emails asking ipoints to update my account, I've finally received an email apologising for the problems and saying my points will be added in 7 days.

Had a look this morning and, instead of adding the 2,000 odd points I've earned from surveys, they've only added 100! Off we go again ... yet another email to them and probably a few weeks' wait to get one back

hang in there if you're still waiting, ive turned into a happy ipoints customer as they've cleared all my backlog bar 70 points

have also ordered a £30 amazon voucher so all in all im happy with them to the point where i may stay with them if they keep up the good work

i know id vowed to leave them but they've stuck to every promise they gave me
