how can u earn toluna points? i try to do the surveys they send, but never seem to qualify...HELP!!0
-
Ive been able to convert my toluna points to ipoints today - yay!
cara86 - even if you don't qualify, Toluna will give you 500 points for attempting the survey but it does take on average four weeks for them to credit the points so you should be getting some soon!0 -
Yes! Just been able to convert into ipoints and they've also given me my other ipoints that were missing.
Still think they're totally unprofessional though ...Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
I have just over 68K iPoints which I've been saving up towards Amazon vouchers, so I had a right shock a couple of weeks ago with the new site appearing and the complete lack of decent rewards. I'm delighted to see the vouchers have reappeared, and also that their value has increased too. This now puts them back in line with how they used to be before iPoints decided to multiply everything by 10 early last year and those points suddenly became less valuable.
I too had submitted a support query back at the start of December that remained unanswered, but thanks to this thread, I emailed Elke yesterday morning and had a reply later on. She was very helpful but wasn't able to answer one question I had regarding the Amazon vouchers, which was whether you could use multiple vouchers on a single order. She said I needed to ask Amazon that, which I have today, but they've replied to say they can't say what form the vouchers will be in either. If they're classed as normal gift certificates, you can use multiples on one order, but if they're classed as promotional, you can't. I have enough points for £300 worth of vouchers which iPoints would send as 3 x £100, but I want to be able to use them together towards one item.
Can anyone here offer an answer from experience please, or have a voucher on them from iPoints which might give an answer in the small print?0 -
I don't have the Amazon voucher I've ordered yet, but in my experience with online vouchers (and this is definitely the case with the sendit vouchers from ipoints) when you don't use the full amount of the voucher it remains as credit, so possibly at the very worst you could use each of the three vouchers to order something cheap and hopefully then be able to use the remainder to order the one item.
I'll keep you updated when I get my voucher, but as I'll only have one it's possible that you would maybe have to actually try this theory out before you know if it works or not!0 -
i have just recived a amazon voucher from ipoints it is a normal gift certificate.just log in to your account add it on your account screen as a gift voucher then you will be given the choice at the end of your order to use it to pay0
-
oh and you should be able to add all 3 at the same time so your total blance will be £300 to use for your orders0
-
Well there you go, so it'll work as they usually do and your credit balance will just increase, so that'll be fine for you and good to know!0
