Hi I've just been on the 'rewards' page - they are pretty rubbish now (especially the vouchers!!! - BOOTS voucher rewards have GONE!!!!- I was earning my points just for these!!!! DAMN IT!!!!!0

Just noticed I did have a reply from their customer service this morning to say they have cancelled the reward and to allow 48 hours for this to be shown in my account (will inform eveyone if they keep their promise this time).0

How right you are! Nothing much of any interest left there in fact.
With the sudden departure of the MD at the end of the year, and the appalling level of customer service I must admit that I'm beginning to worry that this lot are running into serious problems? The somewhat desperate appearance of one of their staff here posting as "ipoints" doesn't help to lessen that concern.
I'm very tempted to cash in everything left and bin them.0 -
Thomas, yes please keep us updated. We too have been trying to get them to deal with a dvd reward that we haven't received after a couple of months. We're having no joy getting a proper reply at all.

Got a reply this moring saying send it has confirmed to them the dvd has been deleted and they will credit the points back to my account & add 500 points as a gesture of goodwill but this may take up to 48 hours as they are experiencing technical difficultys with the site. I have not had the points refunded yet but will post again when I get the refund or after the 48 hours they stated.0

This is all so frustrating. Keep trying my account at random and it still wont let me in. And no reply from my e-mail either - but i guess from ipoints post that was to be expected.:mad: :mad:0

I have just had a 10 point clickthru email for Bupa.
Checked my points total after clicking on the email and I can see the 10 points on my balance.
Looks like clickthru's are working ok with the new site.0 -
The T&V/ToLuna conversion is still not working.
BUT the FAQ on iPoints has now been amaended and once again says 1500 iPoints for 50,000 T&V points.0 -
since their takeover/merger/new site ive been quite impressed with how quickly they've come back to me when ive kicked off on the email and complained to them
im aiming for another £30 amazon voucher and was going to close my account down once id received it, if they can show me in the next month or so that they'll improve i might be tempted to stay put, we shall see0
