I just had a "your query has been closed" email with a link in it to view the ticket.

Has anybody had any new iPoints added to their account since yesterday's relaunch? Repeated attempts to transfer my points from Toluna to iPoints have failed. Are points arriving from other sources or are they being bounced back from everywhere?
Also, has anybody spent any iPoints since the relaunch? I am reluctant to attempt this in case it fails and I lose my points.0 -
i have spent points today but like i said you can only order 1 thing at a time and nothing for the gadgets bit of the website ordered 3 dvds and a magazine thing with no problems0

Well!!! nearly had a heart attack when I checked in and found all my points missing, but just had an email and it still shows my old points total on it, so I am hoping that this is just a glitch and it will be back to normal soon. Does look like all the rewards have been hitched up though and Odeon vouchers no longer seem to be on, so extremely miffed at the new site.0
