And when I did the same with the order I've been waiting a month for, I got a reaction too...they simply "closed" the tickets on the query!
This lot really couldn't organise a...
But we can't even get them under the Trades Descriptions Act give the surname of the MD!!0 -

I suspect the last thing ipoints want is people like Amazon being told how rubbish they are!Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0 -
I'm just a bit worried that if I kick up a real stink they might simply just close my account. I have nearly 20,000 points and I don't want to lose them......
difficult one that if you've not cashed your points in recently. in theory i can't see how they could close your account without giving you the rewards first but then this is ipoints and anything is possible
i would send them a strong email (email that MD i tried the other day), and just state your frustrations/problems and see what they say0 -
I am currently unable to login to my account, their site claims my username isn't valid despite me using the same email address I signed up with. Does this mean they've closed my account? I've over 13,000 points which I really don't want to lose! Alll my emails have been ignored£2009 wins - Vodkat Cocktail kit :j

Perhaps you/we/everyone here should send her the same direct email every day asking that very question until she answers?0 -

I've still had no response to any of my emails and all of my queries remain outstanding. Before I start making serious ructions I figure I ought to try and cash some of my 19,225 points but I've never done it before so I'm unsure what to expect.
I was thinking of ordering an Amazon voucher, but for some ridiculous reason it seems it is a paper voucher and is sent in the post? Can anyone confirm whether this is reliable and how long it takes to arrive please? I will also be trying to order the pink garden kit (from Prezzybox.com I think) and would again be interested on comments regarding speed of dispatch etc.
Thanks everyone.Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0 -
Don't give up anyone (especially Babafette) - we're not going to let this shower get away with being tosh (or Tosh) are we?
My latest tactic - copy in the customer help email (or better still a company Director) of the merchant concerned with the stuff you are sending to Meyers and Tosh at ipoints. In my case a reply from Sendit.com came very swiftly...problem not yet resolved though, but at least it was a personal explanation.
It's also a good opportunity to tell these other companies what a useless partner they seem to have in ipoints.0
