And another special offer email from JackpotCity.com this morning which didn't add 10 ipoints as promised.

That's 7 which haven't worked for me now.

Hi thriftymanc. :hello: I too am having tremendous problems getting any response from ipoints. All my support requests have been ignored for months and direct emails have not been responded to. I am waiting on thousands of points, some dating back to March. I have lost patience now and have decided to email and complain to Robert Barker who seems to be the UK Chief Operating Officer: rbarker@ipoints.co.uk

Hi Babafette, :hello:

I'm in exactly the same situation, lots of missing points for quite a few surveys and sign ups. Fed up and very disappointed at the moment. :( Have you had a reply from Robert Barker, any news at all on this issue? I'm thinking about writing to him too, and was wondering whether he had helped you or not.

Thanks a lot. :)

Well I'm not a happy chappie, at all...

Sounds complicated, but it's not really.

I had saved over 10 000 ipoints, so decided to buy some senditvouchers in time for Xmas (this was back in October), so on 09/10/07, I ordered one £30 voucher, for 5950 points.
20th October it arrived (not too bad), so I saved up a few more points, and ordered another one on 09/11/07... Still plenty of time for Xmas, I thought.
Two weeks later, I opened a support request, asking where my voucher was. Finally got a reply saying it would be another 72 hours, tops (this is now 13/12/07:cool:), so I decide to start spending the first voucher, so that I can get some pressies in time.
Four days later, no voucher, so I request ipoints refund. To their credit, they did this within 15 minutes.
Today, I look in my email, and see iPoints have deducted the points again, as sendit have apparently told them that I received the voucher and was already spending it!!!!
The only voucher I received was the first one, but I've been charged for 2!!!
£30 down the drain. I've updated the support request, but it will no doubt be another month until I even get a reply.
I would cancel my iPoints account, but Ill be damned if I give up £30 so easily...:mad::mad::mad::mad:
• ive always had trouble getting points added on ipoints but for some stupid reason i still do their surveys etc

ive gone through my contacts list and have found the following email addresses, i doubt whether all of them are still valid but i should imagine most are....

cbanks@ipoints.co.uk, Customer Services <customerservices@ipoints.co.uk>, info@ipoints.co.uk, ipoints <SpecialOffers@ipointsmail.co.uk>, ipoints Customer Services <support@ipointsmail.co.uk>, Paul Meyers <pmeyers@ipoints.co.uk>, Stuart Roome <sroome@ipoints.co.uk>, cebanks@ipoints.co.uk, feedback@ipoints.co.uk, trobertson@ipoints.co.uk, tquinn@ipoints.co.uk, tpotter@ipoints.co.uk

they dont like it if you "hassle" them, when i want them to look into something i email them, and then reply back to all on the original email every single day until my query is resolved. please dont email them and then leave it a week, keep on at them and mention you're unhappy with them, they will end up listening if you're firm with them, none of this nicey nicey stuff works with ipoints

Hi MBN, :hello: sorry to hear you are having problems too. After one week, I have had no response to my email to Robert Barker despite receiving a read receipt. None of my queries have been resolved, and to add insult to injury they are now closing my support requests since they have been 'open for some months and therefore must have been resolved now.'

I am so frustrated, I just don't know what else to do now.:wall:

Here's one thought - why don't you tell them all (including the MD) that if they don't sort it out you'll start contacting all their top affiliate partners to inform them what a let down ipoints are?

I suspect the last thing ipoints want is people like Amazon being told how rubbish they are!

dont want to sound negative but i get the impression that ipoints simply dont care what others think of them

however do keep us updated because if going down the MD route works then i'll certainly be trying it

i didnt get the answer i wanted to my query but its a result knowing there's a contact there who does get things moving, thanks again
