It's just a search engine, find it on the iPoints website - you log into it with your iPoints username and password, then you get points for searching (it says how many points you get on the website - can't remember offhand). I just type in something like 'shoes' or 'pizza' or some random word and then keep clicking on the related searches it brings up at the side, you don't need to type in something every time, that'd take forever! And you don't need to visit any of the search results either.

thanks for answering jo_b, thriftymanc. I always try and use a word that only gets one reply so that it speeds things up.

Hi thriftymanc. :hello: I too am having tremendous problems getting any response from ipoints. All my support requests have been ignored for months and direct emails have not been responded to. I am waiting on thousands of points, some dating back to March. o heck i ordered a mag subscription on the 3rd dec- it did say could take up to 14 days to be received...has any1 actually ever got any of their rewards???

Well I know this is going to sound very smug but I have had all the rewards I have ordered.
The last took only about a week to come from the time I ordered it.
I think i have had about 4 or 5 books over the year usually taking about 2 or 3 weeks to arrive which are always sent by amazon and also a slow cooker also sent through amazon.
I've had all the points I was entitled to too as far as I know.
I always mark the invitation email in my mailbox once I have done the survey and they do seem to get added eventually.
I dont ever bother with buying stuff through them or taking up sign ups for bingo or gaming offers though ,so maybe that is where some of the problems are for others.
If you order a reward,you usually get an email acknowledging the order amd another when it is sent to the supplying company. If the order doesnt go through the points should not be deducted.
