im aiming for another £30 amazon voucher and was going to close my account down once id received it, if they can show me in the next month or so that they'll improve i might be tempted to stay put, we shall see
It seems they no longer offer Amazon (or sendit.com, that I was saving for) vouchers.

Update: The query page is still non-functional but it does now say 'Please select' instead of 'Choice un theme'.
As far as the skinninness of the current rewards catalogue, maybe some of the stuff is just offline while they fix the site (comments welcome from iPoints if you are reading).
On the other hand, if the vouchers really have gone, this is a significant development. All those Amazon vouchers on ebay - where do you think they come from? I am not interested in the tat that is available from the rewards, I am only interested in the vouchers. if there are no vouchers anymore, I have no interest in iPoints. Further, if I can use vouchers, there is no reason for me to shop at some of iPoints partners, so not only will iPoints lose out so will the partner companies. If the vouchers really have gone, I will be contacting companies like SendIt to explain why I will not be shopping with them anymore.0 -

Just rang ipoints on the number quoted (its a direct line and first i thought i had rang someone at home as they just answered it with a 'hi' )
They were very puzzled as to were the number came from but just said id been talking to someone in the pub about i points and they gave me the number to ring.
They are going to look into my non receipt of goods or put the points back on .
If it works- nice to talk to someone rather than e-mails that dont get answered.
