• UPDATE: My second Amazon voucher has indeed been sent by email, which is a much better system, similar to how Sendit do it, so hopefully everything is right now. Amazing, ipoints being run in a seemingly professional manner, who'd have guessed!

    :T

P.S. For anyone having problems, we've found that a nice email sent to:

    e.macpherson@ipoints.co.uk

seems to be a far better way of getting things sorted out, rather than doing it through the site.

Did you get some points refunded because it was emailed rather than posted? Looking at the points costs for the different vouchers, it appears you're paying 900 points towards postage, and I know that they normally refund you some points if you order multiple vouchers and they are posted together.

My £100 Amazon voucher was sent by email which I felt was far better. I didn't get any points refunded.
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/

No I didn't get any points refunded, but the Amazon vouchers are a fair bit cheaper than they used to be (although still not as good value as the Sendit ones) so I assume this has already been taken into account.

I have just looged in to check my points and it now has decided my email address is invalid

This of course isn't true and the email address is fine. I have messaged them asking them why the problem but from what i understand they wont rush to contact me. Any help appreciated.

I've found that if I open up internet explorer to view ipoints it works fine. They did answer my email and said they were having problems with aol.

This happened to me a couple of months ago. Turns out their system had changed my email from .co.uk to .co.ie I only found this out as their promotion emails still came to the correct address and said at the bottom what my registered email was. They never replied to the 7 emails I sent...

Does anyone know what size the perfumes in the iponts reward are? They don't give a size, I'm guessing they are only the little 30ml bottles.

  • Yes I've had that happen today as well. It also took a day or so for a couple of 10 point email click-throughs to register. Hopefully they'll get it together soon. :embarasse
