Has anybody managed to get any Boonty points so far this month? I have tried on several different days but keeping getting unspecified errors.Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0

Elke has responded to my emails several times over the last week or so, sometimes very swiftly indeed, other times after a couple of days.0

Managed to log in to ipoints very briefly only to see that my totals have reduced even further and nothing that was meant to be added has been.Cant log in or out,I think I am logged in permanently and cant do polls etc as it just directs me back to the log in box over and over.Their customer service did respond to me instantly when i queried the sites behaviour lately and suggested I install firefox.Whats that? and does everyone else need that to use ipoints now.I have been on ipoints for many months with no probs until last month.Gremlins in the works?"Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0

Firefox is a web browser. Do you currently use Internet Explorer, as there really shouldn't be any problems with that? Firefox is free to download and may solve your problem, as your current internet browser may be tripping over itself with your login details - you could try deleting the internet history or cookies and login passwords in your current browser. I use Opera which is another free program and that works fine for me.0

i was just checking out the ipoints rewards as i nearly have enough points for a voucher, can't believe the difference in points required all for a £30 voucher eg
£30 send it = 6150
£30 Leisure = 6900
£30 Currys = 7100
£30 Debenhams = 7200
£30 M&S = 7400
£30 Boots = 7500
£30 Amazon = 8000
£30 Woolworths = 8300
So an extra 2000 points required for the Woolworths compared with Send it!!0 -
