than-you everyone for you input everybody is entitled to an opinion.

I have recently been told that my esa office is dealing with mid april appeals so mine being 30th when they got the clarification of wining at dwp i should only be a couple of weeks away.
I do suffer with mental health issues so it has taken its tole on me and even my relationships with people, just want it to be over really :)

dont worry about the negativity of some people on this site the positive ones far out way the negative ones. im glad your much better now.

it seems people these days who currently pay tax always have a negative opinion or seem to think that the tax they pay goes a long way I.E pays for someone ESA well it does not.

when it comes to benefits people often forget that people who now claim ESA might have already paid into the tax system some have paid in for years.

yeah they might work full time and currently pay tax but its a different story when some people who work full time and claim working tax credit child tax credit and these are all benefits... dont see people moaning then when that money goes into there account.. despite the fact that you me and everyone has contributed to that

i hope you get the money that you are OWED back and i hope that you can now concentrate on getting better and putting it all behind you we are here to help and support anyone who needs it regardless of what benefits they get or weather they work..

    good luck with the future

    all my best

Thanks everyone at a few people have been kind of personnel and i agree my attitude was a bit full on, i suffer with bi polar disorder and a personality disorder so i can be a bit manic lol I would never abuse someone verbally i am just frustrated and in debt as my money was lowered to 60 ppw for a year and a half so i had to borrow money.
I didn't really want to go into details about all this as i didn't realize so many people would take offense,
I don't want to offend anyone its not who i am i think alot of people say things on the net to let of steam they would not say in reality, I no none of you personally and never will but would like to thank everyone for there comments weather positive of negative as to me both are constructive and i am very grateful, I am going to wait patiently as i spoke to a lovely lady who told me 2 more weeks she explained everything to me in great detail. have a good day everyone and once again thankyou too one and all :):):)

Bless your heart nitelite, I respect your honesty regarding your mental health problems, sadly to many people on this forum view it as an excuse to get benefits, a totally sick outlook in itself
My sister-in-law is 46 and has early onset alzheimer's and bipolar it is torturous to watch.

Not long to go now then hon. Enjoy the back pay, it's hard when you've had to survive on so little for so long. I totally understand your frustrations as my daughter had to go through it all too. Thankfully, she had me to back her up with things

I am quite relaxed about the whole thing now really- when i first posted my uncle had died and my relationship at broken down so i was very sensitive and due to my bi polar i have a tendency to shout nd be loud then when i come down i feel bad - i feel i am a good person i just have a few problems like most people do- i am sure the light is at the end of the tunnel :)

no need to explain. It's frustrating at the best of times. Add bereavement and illness and it's totally understandable. Unfortunately some people on these forums don't have a lot of compassion for others.

I agree. People like that should not be on a forum that is designed for advice and support. Money related problems are horrible to deal with so everyone should treat people as they wish to be treated themselves, there are a lot of fragile people here.
