I can't believe this has only 263 views given that Legal Aid is under Threat, the people's ability to choose their own Lawyers and the proposed Tesco Law plans of the MOJ.

What the government proposes will cost the taxpayer MORE in the long run with miscarriages of justice, cases going to court that shouldn't go to Court and cases not going to court that should go to court.
I know I won't be popular because of this but so what. I believe the Lawyers campaigning at#saveukjustice are good people with a just cause.

I am extremely active and am seeming to be honoured by a an a very high proportion of Lawyers, both Solicitors and Barristers. I am further validated by RT and inclusion into discussions which have given me a high profile in the tweeting Lawyer Community.
The fact that I am not a Lawyer has not in the least bit prejudiced me in having discussions as you can see here.
I am deeply and profoundly honoured and believe the Legal Community, Criminal Defence, Family, Public Law Human Rights etc are speaking the truth and not taking the P***.
Legal Aid needs to be saved because if we let #failinggrayling abolish it MSE addicts will not be able to bring Cases that should be going to court and risk the danger of suffering miscarriages of justice.
There are fatcat lawyer but they work in Commercial Law.
