I can take the cyncism,the mockery because I have good on my side and I have all my Lawyer pals on Twitter. Apparently i seem to have got more rather than less!!!
I have had a hard time on this Forum but people became friends. Now I am an established MSE Member, contributing in my own anarchic way.
I take the benefit bashing lot with a pinch of salt.
As far as the Law is concerned. Justice is not justice if only for the rich, but justice is for the poor,despised unpopular, ostracized. I fight the good fight for tax saving cases with appropriately qualified and experienced lawyers. Law is advanced, and the public is mightily served.

Law is not the most immediately accessible discipline. It doesn't however stop Joe Public from teaching himself a few basics.

Keith Ewing Bonfire of the Liberties: New Labour, Human Rights and the Rule of Law. Accessible but demanding read that shows you the decimation of Civil Liberties despite the Human Rights Act 1998 and how Political action is needed to change the power balance. Tony Blair (an f**g barrister fgs) is to blame!!!!!!

I am happy to update MSE and bump the thread to keep it alive because what is at stake is too important not too.

I hope MSE has legal help it needs esp if it has despised status and law is not seen just as province for the rich.

You do realise you replied to the same post twice 8 days apart!!!

I have no issue with Justice, I have an issue with the waste of money that is involved in the current system and if Lawyers are made to compete a bit more the government would get better value for money from our taxes.
