    These cuts are not MSE!!!! you only have see the evidence to come to the same conclusions.

    Surely if it saves money for the majority then it is, cut this, less tax...more winners.

  • It's not about Moneysupermarket or even MSE martin who can more than afford to pay for Legal counsel but the ordinary members of the public who need to have Legal Aid and specialist niche Law Firms, to be MSE of course.

    Why should I have to pay for you to have a specialist niche law firm represent you? If you are incapable of paying for it yourself then you should make do with what you can afford.
  • Because the case would not be handled properly by inexperienced and ill qualified people and I have rights under the Rule of Law.
    The niche firms cost less in case time etc.
