    So you want to see Legal help just been offered to the rich? hardly a picture of what Justice ought to be?!!
    How about Legal Aid Lawyers losing their jobs and having to go on the dole?
    What about all those Law Firms on the bleeding edge of Justice? should they go to the wall? 1,600 Firms are at risk.
    There are Firms that have been practicing for many a year. Is that experience to be throw away so that #stobartlaw#tescovaluelaw may be implemented?
    You wanna choose your own Lawyer? one who knows you inside out and is able to leap to your defence or do you prefer the Govt to choose your Lawyer who you cannot sack if he or she is an a***hole?
    What about the need for Judicial Review? Is the Executive to have untrammelled powers because they don't wish to have their bad and unlawful decisions challenged?
    What about the Rule of Law?

    Once you have read through that lot you should be convinced enough to sign.
    The Lawyers will discuss savings once the Govt drops PCT.
    Lawyers earnings have been progressively cut for trials. I have seen a document not sure it would be wise to post it here.
    I think their 'Case' is perfectly reasonable.
