Silly question, but do your vouchers get sent out automatically on certain dates (like Tesco Clubcard points) or is there somewhere online to withdraw them yourself (ie do they keep on building until you withdraw them)?

I think you nominate the reward you want, eg money off vouchers, Waitrose vouchers, donation to charity, and then like Tesco you just wait for them to drop into your letterbox.

Shell Drivers Club calculate how many points you have and redeem them against the reward type you chose at the end of every quarter. This is why we advised all customers to register their card and chose 'Money Off Fuel Voucher' before June 30th. This means you will get your £20 Fuel Voucher in the 1st couple of weeks of August.
