    Also,are the useless pens we have received been sent to just me and my partner?or have they been sent to all the people who bought one?

    Good Morning,

    I did say that in my email and that is something we do state in our T's & C's. It is normally the quickest way to get a resolution. I did however also say in my email that we will speak to the merchant for you as we would like an explanation why the pen's where not as described.

    I have also sent you a 2nd email advising that we spoke to the merchant and you will be receiving the following;

    Red laser pointer

    Bright blue LED flashlight

    Writing pen

    Comes with a handy carry case

    The merchant made an error. We will also be speaking to the other customers who also purchased the deal. We will also be chasing delivery for you again today.

    When the item does arrive, if you don’t mind can you email me to confirm you are happy with the purchase. You have my email address.

    If you are we will of course arrange collection and you will get a full refund.

    The new pen with correct accessories was dispatched on Friday, so you should have it any day now. If you can email me on the above email address when you receive the item's it would be much appreciated.

    I've used mine. Linked it to My Waitrose card and they sent me a 5p off litre coupon. Happy Days!

    Just letting you know that postmans been today,Friday 28th June.Nothing has arrived yet.

    Re: your email yesterday that they was sent yesterday by "next day delivery"....We shall see if there's any van deliveries later on.
