    We all have till june 30th to get a refund "without question" according to the original offer.

    30th june for to claim refund, i won't be in the country then, don't think i will ever get the card,think twice next time if it seems to good leave it out,

    If you would like a refund you do have untill June 30th.

    Royal Mail are returning some Shell Drivers Club Cards, because some customers either have an incorrect address in their MD account. We sold over 43,000 cards, to date we have under 50 which have been returned by Royal Mail. These are very small volumes, but once we have correct address, we will arrange next day delivery.

    I have also offered to talk to you over the phone as for some reason we are not receiving your emails.

    A lot of bashing on this thread but my card arrived quickly and the points transferred to my original card very quickly.

    For 43,000 cards issued, there are very few complaints.

    I bought the shell card deal from Mighty Deals on May 24 and got an email last week that card delivery has been returned to sender due to invalid address. There is now way it can happen as address mentioned in my mighty account profile is absolutely correct. I infect updated them about the address but haven't had any response back.

    really poor service... not happy

    Can you please email customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk and we will look into it.

    Our logistics company used Royal Mail in the majority of cases. As I mentioned most returns from Royal Mail have been down to incorrect, or old address details but these really have been small quantities.

    We will re-send another card out to you by next day delivery, so you will get it in plenty of time.

    I second that - I've received my card (& my partners) & registered without problems.
    People do seem incredibly impatient - if there are issues, surely you should give them a proper chance to put things right before slagging them off...

    I've explained to your CS advisor about this,and that two of these have been delivered today for me and another for another member of the family.Both are in the same condition as explained in the thread i've linked you to.I have received an email from the suppossed distributor of these item from a gmail address.Here's the email:
