Some customers have said they have a pre-used card. This is not the case. The card may be linked to another card, but again if you do have any other questions regarding this please contact Shell Drivers Club Customer Services on 08459 006 008

I would like to inform you that in the Shell Drivers’ Club scheme, redemptions are made automatically at the end of each quarter for your selected rewards.
Rewards are sent provided you have met the required points balance as at the end of a quarter. These are just 500 points for Shell Fuel Vouchers.
Please see below for the redemption and statement delivery dates:
QUARTER.....REDEMPTION DATE...........STATEMENT DELIVERY
1st................31st March......................EARLY JUNE
2nd...............30th June........................EARLY SEPTEMBER
3rd................30th September................EARLY DECEMBER
4th................31st December..................EARLY MARCH

Shell proofed the deal and signed it off before it went live on Mighty Deals.
They have confirmed again today that customers will get their money off fuel voucher or other reward type in August.

Thats fine then.I suggest shell memo all their customer services staff though as i enquired about my vouchers bought through your deal and thats the reply i got.0 -

Thanks. You are right it is a little confusing. I did show shell this and they did say it will be August.
The new Drivers Club website will be live soon as well, it will be more user friendly.

Got my card and registered. How do I transfer points from my old card ? We are lucky enough to have a cheap Shell station near to us :-)0

For those with existing cards, when you register the new card received with this offer you can transfer the points on your old card by emailing all your details to Shell. See here - https://www.shellsmart.com/smart/other/Other3.html?site=en-enJust logged on with new card. As I am already a member i can view balances of both cards. There is a drop down arrow to choose which card you want to look at. 4050 points have been allocated to the new card then 4000 shown as redeemed for the fuel voucher. I also have a total combined balance, which the odd 50 points is part of. Once I receive my fuel voucher I will change my preferred redemption back to Avios and merge the two cards, keeping the new one as the old one is a bit tatty

I've been collecting Shell points and always converted them to Avios, but now I'm in two minds whether to use the new card to get extra Avios, or fuel vouchers... What's better value in your opinion, if anyone else is trying to decide..?I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0
