    wish i had not bothered, took my money in the beginning of may, no card what a rip off, cannot get in touch with anyone sent emails, taking money under false pretences :mad:

    Hi Windowman58,

    We are responding to everyone, can you please email customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk and we will respond straight away.

    Our fulfilment partner delivered over 43,000 cards and there where around 30 cards which where returned by Royal Mail. You may be 1 of these customers, if so there will be a reason you haven't got your card.

    We will however respond and get another card sent out. The original card will have the 4000 points wiped and you can register your new card.

    We are also taking calls and responding to all emails.

    I registered my new card a few weeks ago. This evening I logged in with the new card number and told me that I had 4569 points ?!. I then logged in with my old card and I have 4569 points!! I had not asked them to be merged.

    Maybe I have two lots of 4569 points :T

    I-LOV-MONEY, Dream on - you have one lot of points. On your points page this shows the total points balance of your combined two cards. You also have a drop down box, which you can click on the individual card to see the points attributed to each. For your cards to be merged you will have to email all the details to Shell. It won't happen otherwise.

    I can verify that before your post above i tried this out,i sent 2 emails to that address,one on the 31st may and one on the 3rd june,and you posted the above on the 13th june.I have still had no reply to any.I don't really need a reply now but i have proof if you want it.
