Shell Fuel vouchers is also the default option if you have'nt made a reward choice it says in the FAQs

What happens if I haven’t made a reward choice?

I phoned up to merge my cards they said the vouchers would be sent in September I'm not worried when they come but just saying what I was told by the CSS on the phone today so don't be surprised if they don't appear in August or until later August

I was told by email it would be september but Neil the rep says its deffo early August.

Hi Neil

I called Shell yesterday and there was no mention of August when I spoke to them. They said the same as a number of others are also saying about the vouchers being posted out in September because of "the huge amount they have to print".

I presume that Shell haven't communicated the August message internally.

I STILL haven't received any vouchers - got my cards late and AFTER 30th June. bloody useless - NOT SO mighty deals owes me £50 for 5 deals me and my family bought!!
