You are whining about not receiving vouchers in mid July that aren't due until August at the earliest.

For those who submitted before June 30th you will get your vouchers in august, but for those who submitted after, you won't get them until early December!

Hi Neil.

Just checked my Shell account and I still have 4000+ points in it.

I thought that by now (as has been mentioned by others) I should have a transaction of -4000 points debited from it indicating the £20 fuel voucher is being (has been) processed for the August delivery.

I was "late" in registering the card, only doing it 2 days before the 30th June deadline, on the 28th June, but given this met the requirement, and I checked on the 30th that all was OK (4050 points present & Selected reward = Money Off Fuel Vouchers), has something gone wrong ?

Looks like August may not be the Fuel Voucher delivery date after all, as has been mentioned by some others on here in a few posts.

Dear Q,

Thank you for your correspondence regarding the Shell Drivers’ Club.

I can confirm that your points balance is 4050 and the rewards will be with you in early September with your vouchers. The points will be removed from your account by the end of August.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm !!!

I has a similar reply from shell quite a while back,i mentioned it to Neil the mighty deals rep who has repeatedly replied its deffo august delivery.We shall wait and see.
