Do not sign anything. it maybe something or nothing but it won't be for your benefit. They are a bit slack a massive debt and no court judgement. im wondering have they lost your paperwork.
  • G_arrrill - I do have a copy of what he sent the landlord which states he is looking for x. He has evidence a crime has been committed. If he does not make contact with x then he will attend the local police.

    Quite possible pauletruth

This is like the tactics used by some DCA's who ask neighbours about who lives next door etc.

They should not be doing it, your agreement with them is nothing to do with anyone one else, you need to complain very strongly about his behaviour.

You do not need to confirm who you are to him, contact the top boss only and cut this idiot out of the equation.

I'm not sure the Police would be too happy about him using them to threaten someone either.

When you complain about this man to Shop-Direct put it to them from a company perspective as well, tell them that this man far from doing his job of loss prevention, is actually damaging their business by his actions and you will make sure you tell everyone and anyone you meet about the awful service you have received and how ill it has made you feel. Companies !!!!! their ears up if they think they will take a hit in their bank account.

Deffo do not sign his paperwork and record everything if he turns up on your doorstep, tell him to go away politely and then ignore him.

    Stay strong!
