Given that the Metropolitan police only issue a caution for some rapes, robbery and drug trafficing, I doubt other police forces find themselves overly excited and extremely keen to investigate someone smoking a few spliffs in their own home..................

Lord Baltimore gave you the best advice anyway, OP :money:"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."
