How can I reply to my own posts??
I'm putting information up for those people who are interested in catching up with Wayne Mead and Your Building Maintenance Ltd! The fact I'm posting keeps this post appearing on Google etc when the company name and his name are searched.

Right anyone who bet he wouldn't turn up, you lost!
Wayne Mead turned up to court.
He filled in the Order For Questioning though its filling in looks like a 5 year old did it "they no" just one example of the spelling!
The form is full of lies which I expected, mobile telephone number that doesn't exist, listed his address as (text removed by MSE Forum Team), supposed to be 26 and he doesn't live there anyway! I know this because the Bailiffs served him at the Manners way address. Claims not to be able to give any information about debts owed or creditors as he can't get the paperwork he needs because he was kicked out of his office for non payment of rent, the owners of his office now have his paperwork and wont return it until he's paid his arrears. Claims he has employed a solicitors firm to chase outstanding debts, (how is he paying for this?) please tell me how you get someone to chase debts you claim you haven't got the information for!?!?!?!
Claims myself and TSB are his only creditors, he forgot to mention that there are 9 CCJ's outstanding! Lies.
Informed the court of a future address for business as 3a (text removed by MSE Forum Team). Shame there sin't a 3a! lies
Claims that the company stopped trading on 1st May 2013 when companies house say its still active and they haven't got any notification of it dissolving! lies
Now plan to call the Court on Monday morning and make a complaint about the form being full of lies and half truths and barely filled in!
Shame the Court Recorder allowed him to leave court after a half ar*ed attempt at filling a legal document in!! !!!!!!.

Just checked address supplied by the lovely Wayne on court documents, which is, apparently, Carolines Mums address. Seems there's another company sprung up in July listed at that address called Mini Midge Ltd and Mini Midge Retail Ltd director is a Caroline R same age as Caroline M who is wife to the lovely Wayne? Hmmm coincidence?

I recently posted that the Mead had started another company called "Trades-Local.co.uk" it turns out this company was running a while back. The only thing that is the same is that it appears the Meads were up to their old tricks when they were new tricks if you follow me. please read the following reviews about Waynes first attempt at "running" a company! I say that with tongue in cheek!

I cannot believe the face of this pair!! Almost two years ago they were ripping people off and haven't changed and are still getting away with it!

In light of recent correspondance received by MSE from Wayne M complaining about inaccuracies and other postings I have made I would like to clarify some points.
I DO NOT under any circumstances condone anyone visiting Waynes home to cause trouble or to put his family in any form of danger. I DO NOT post any information on this forum to encourage people to visit his home to threaten or abuse him.
I DO however post information that I believe will help those still trying to find some form of closure through legal channels and the serving of legal documents.
I would suggest that if Wayne and Caroline had been forth coming with truthful information as to where creditors payments lie then it would not be neccessary for me to help those looking to contact Wayne with reference to Your Building Maintenance Ltd.
I have recently taken Your Building Maintenance Ltd to Small Claims Court to recover information as to the whereabouts of, his claimed, outstanding debts. Money owed to the company he was director of and his wife the Company Secretary. I needed information of companies owing money to YBM Ltd to start a Third Party Debt Order, this information was not supplied either through Waynes inability to supply this information (he supplied his solicitor with enough information to chase these debts!) or his refusal to do so because those debts either don't exist or it will be evident that those debts exist because of his and his wife's incompetence in running the company.
I will reiterate and stand by my statement that Wayne M and Caroline M continually lied and deceived those looking to recover payments owed for work carried out. Promises of money being transferred through BACs transfer or cheque's in the post were given to numerous parties some of whom posted on this thread.
I have found multiple threads and reviews made with regard to Wayne's and Caroline's lies and deceipt. I have emails stating that money Wayne has claimed YBM Ltd never received was paid to his company. I have spoken to ex employee's, two of them, who have stated that they were forced by Wayne and Caroline to lie to contractors about their payments. My recent Order For Questioning was returned from Southend County Court half answered and full of misleading answers or filled in incorrectly. No mention of any debtors or creditors of YBM Ltd.
The company YBM Ltd have at least 9 CCJ's including mine, I posted a link to a plumbers forum that contains more parties who were not paid and probably never paid at the beginning of 2012 and on when Wayne ran a company called Trades-local.co.uk.
I will state again, Wayne M behaved in an incompetent manner as a Director and lied when I dealt with him and I will also say Caroline M behaved in an incompetent manner as a company Secretary and was a bare faced liar when I dealt with her.
Now if that constitutes libel so be it!

Anyone still requiring information please message me.

I apologise for once again boring the ar*e off anyone sick of reading this thread.

The 25/04/13 is mine. I'd like to think I had a hand in helping the others bring their claims. I'd like to thank you for that Kingsd316. I did think all of the views on this thread were mine! lol

Can I also point out that anyone still owed money by the Trades-local.co.uk can still chase their debt but the owner is personally responsible for those debts as the company wasn't Ltd as far as I know.

I personally know Wayne and his wife Caroline and I can confirm that they are a pair of crooks with no morales, Wayne originally started this kind of service with another pair of crooks Jamie beadle and Elle beadle (formerly cardosi) after he had worked for their other company crystal logix also known as nationwide lending solutions and now known as core ventures. You only have to look up these companies to see what sort of people your dealing with. Wayne was a salesman but not an honest one he was the sort that would blatantly lie to close a deal and he has obviously taken that into his latest business. I can tell you now just by the way noitall has written his reply that it is in fact Wayne I know this because Wayne has always used the tactic of confidently stating facts about things which upon further investigation are not actual facts but !!!!!!!! that he has made up. Good luck to all of you in getting your money but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.
