Your Building Maintenance Ltd and Y.B.M. Rapid Response Ltd of Essex

Just a heads up to any Trades, whatever services you may supply.
The company called Your Building Maintenance Ltd of Essex have an extremely poor record when it comes to paying outstanding debts to anyone who contracts to them. They also have a very poor record of replying to emails and any requested call backs. Their attitude is very lacksy daisy and very amateur.
The two listed directors of this company are also linked to Y.B.M. Rapid Response Ltd of the same address. This company supplies the exact same service as Your Building Maintenance Ltd, read from that what you will.

The purpose of this thread is to give anyone contacted by either of these companies a little heads up as there is a REAL chance you may not get paid for your time.

This is of course my own opinion and a few others I know of who have also been left without payment.

Its difficult enough at this time for small businesses without being taken for a mug by these lovely people.

    SAME ME , YOUR BUILDING MAINTENANCE OWE ME OVER £500 STILL AINT BEEN PAID 4 MONTHS AGO AND THERE PHONE LINES ARE SWITCHED OFF ,SO WATCH OUT ,DONT DO ANY WORK FOR THEM YOUR JUST GET FOBBED OFF BY A GIRL CALLED CAROLINE AND THERE STAFF , FOUND OUT THERES LOADS ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS OUT FIT GET YOU TO DO THE WORK AND NOT PAY YOU ,OR NOT EVEN ONE PHONE CALL TO SAY YOUR MONIES HERE , THEY GOT MY INVOICES SO THEY SHOULD PAY :( made calls and e mails to them and there excuses like we have not been paid yet but we have paid our own staff ,wayne mead and his wife caroline owns the company ,they get you to do the work ,they get paid and they wont pay you a penny so be warned ,plus there are complaints about them on yelp.com and other sites too, if you put in(google) ,your building maintenance or ybm your building maintenance theres a few complaints and next for me is small claims court to get my monie back , no wonder small businesses go under because of these lot

    there doing it to every one , they owe me over £500 , think i will call dom jolly and i will take them to court , not even one call back from them ,all paper work sent to them

    I've been doing work for them since December 2012, they seemed to be well organised and have plenty of work. unfortunately they just mess you about with payments. they paid me twice, with small amount. As they gave me more work so did
    their bill increase, and that's where the trouble started. I have found out that a large
    amount of there work is based on invoice factoring, where the banks front 85% of the invoice the next day. So there should not be any problems paying us contractors.
    I have not been paid since February, but have invoice outstanding since January 2013. They have no excuses for not paying as, all customer satisfaction forms where
    complete with invoices.

    know, also AMe services, and if you guys have done any dental clinics then I have a contact Number to call.

    they need all you guys who have not been paid to call them
    on 0300 123 2040. the more of you call the better for us.

    2. YBM Rapid Response is a non trading Company it has never actually contracted any kind of business in or out.

    3. " Invoice Factoring" Look into what this actually is before writing about it. NO finance company front 85% of an invoice within 24 hours for a recently incorporated LTD company, there are limits and agreements to adhere to, maybe a little research is in order there.

    4. Have any of you tradesmen worked large scale contract works?? or do you all just assume that you know the ins and outs of it all, Have any of you actually thought that maybe out of the 4/5 of you that keep posting the same comments are the only ones out of hundreds that have carried out work and not been paid yet, Could it occur to you that maybe just maybe This company has used everything it had in the belief that these contracts they obtained could contain a profit only to put in all they have and not be paid themselves ??

    I'm sure you haven't because an email or a phone call wasn't answered, ever thought that maybe these people are busy trying to get the money in to pay you.

    At any point did you speak to these people face to face and try to resolve the issues that you had or even raise these issues in writing, or did you all just chatter like old women and elaborate on small pieces of information that you had heard to make up a whole different agenda.

    Do you have any proof that these people have been paid by their clients maybe something in writing to prove they have had the money for work and not paid you??

    As for lines being cut off, i seem to get through to the land line number and mobiles absolutely fine. Why not call them and discuss your issues rather than posting nonsense online leave that for the sad people on Facebook.

    Just someone who can see the situation from both sides.

    Quite laughable , that this is all about you not being paid but the only thing you have disagreed with me on is a telephone number.

    So the only arguement that you have from my statement is that it is not a HELPLINE its " a dedicated service for people to report fraud for the police to act upon " so! samething!

    Care to comment on any other point that i have made??

    I take it if you've been "de-frauded" that you have proof that this company has been paid for the work you have done?? Otherwise i fail to see how you have come to this conclusion.

    No spelling mistake trying to keep it simple so that you can all understand what i write although i'd advise you take a look in the dictionary yourself as im not quite sure what the word shold is ??
