Well whats happening now then.
YBM is still running as a business and so is another company that Wayne is involved in named YBM Rapid Response.
When is the next court hearing please. This bloke owes money out to familys who have gone without so theres no need to stick up for him at all

Its November but I think it depends on him turning up again and the Bailiff serving him.
Trust me I will never defend that guy, smack him in the kisser yes but not defend the arrogant twit!
Also he may owe out a lot but not enough are chasing him like I am, I'd like more to get in touch with me but they don't.

The Bailiffs caught up with (text removed by MSE Forum Team) and he was served new papers to turn up to court on 7th November at 10am Southend County Court.
He has to provide a sworn statement to the court as to his reasons for not turning up the first time which will then be kept on file at the court. A suspended commital order is in force against Wayne, this means if he doesn't turn up again the circuit judge who will be questioning him this time will issue a warrant for his arrest.
I would still urge anyone owed money to either chase him for the money or maybe even write to the court before the case is heard and explain that his company owes alot of money out.
Anyone interested in writing can pm me and I'll give you the details?

I doubt he is working. Although he might be. He owes a lot more than what the CCJs on the company show up as. We shall see now wont we in November what happens hopefully he will pay back all the money he owes. But, like most !!!!3rs he wont have to pay back a penny because he dont have a penny to even throw.

If anyone had Mr Meads mobile number and was told it was no longer in use, the number ending 650, he's still using it because he's on whatsapp with it and he used it at 12.39 today. Give him a ring.

Should we have a show of hands on who thinks Wayne is stupid enough not to turn up again?
I'm actually thinking of travelling the 200 miles to be there just to watch the judges face when he doesn't show.

Think I'll give the local paper a ring and ask if they're interested in covering the story!
Had an email from Companies house saying that there was a new board announcement to Y.B.M Rapid Response Ltd. The company Caroline claims hasn't done any business! (Text removed by MSE Forum Team) has left the board. Took his time.

Heard a rumour today that Wayne might be working for "The Emergency Group" of leigh On Sea, Essex.
Would be very grateful if anyone else can shed some light on this rumour as we wouldn't want anyone else being taken for a ride by this dishonest amateur.
He has maybe started this company or is working for them. They claim to have been going for 2 years but I can't find evidence of this as yet.
Any trades used this company and if so when?
7th November Southend County Court, Turners Way, Southend, Essex if anyone is interested in catching up with Wayne, thats if he turns up of course. If he doesn't well, I'm sure the circuit judge who ordered his presence will have more luck catching up with him!
