Unclebulgaria, what can I say. Reading all of this makes me feel physically sick. Can I start by saying that although I dont have any dealings with his companies and his companies debts, I actually own the Manners Way property!! These awful scum bags rented this property from me and left me nearly out on the street myself by christmas with a newborn baby.
I have ccj's, high court writs and visiting sheriffs!!
He has stolen tv's, furniture, kitchen appliances from me and this has now become a criminal offence. Are the police interested? Not really. I have a crime reference number woop woop. Not worth jack.
Do get in contact I know exactly where they live.
As for all your ccjs listed for a few hundred quid, try in the region of 15k, that really makes you feel sick ...

Im sorry to hear that you've been taken for a ride by the lovely Meads Jaxster.
Its a re-occurring story. If they have stolen items that were your property I can't understand why they haven't been arrested. Wayne has a facebook page he posts on. Just type his full name and add facebook onto the end and you'll find it. I haven't given up yet. The police are still interested in Wayne as they have taken statements from numerous other parties. If you contact [text removed by MSE Forum Team] Southend Police Station [text removed by MSE Forum Team] and tell her whats happened I'm sure she'll be interested.
That goes for anyone else reading these posts who may have been defrauded of payment for work carried out on behalf of the lovely Wayne I urge you to contact the above CID and report him. This toe rag needs stopping.

Update.
I have contacted Companies House after receiving notification that Your Building Maintenance Ltd were in dissolution due to no filing of company accounts. It is possible to stop this process from happening by emailing [EMAIL="enquires@companieshouse.gov.uk"]enquires@companieshouse.gov.uk[/EMAIL] with the reason for stopping this companys dissolution and evidence of any court cases pending or future. It is important that anyone still intending to chase that company for third party debts gets a move on contacting Companies house.
Also after dissolution comes insolvency and it would be great if as many people as possible make a complaint to the insolvency service as to the manner in which Wayne ran the company and its failure. I have been told verbally by a "source" that Wayne carried on running up the companys debts knowing that it was in dire straits and this in itself is an offence worthy of being struck off and stopped from running future companies. It is also possible that Wayne is held personally responsible for the companys debts if it is proved he operated the company in a callous manner knowing that debts would not be paid off. Now you can either sit on your hands and hope he gets his just desserts or be pro-active and help me to make sure he does!
The more people complain the more people listen!

Examples of the most commonly reported conduct are:

• continuing the company's trading when the company was insolvent
• failing to keep proper accounting records
• failing to prepare and file accounts or make returns to Companies House
• failing to send in returns or pay to the Crown any tax that is due

Well what a day. Heard some really pleasing news about Wayne that had me smiling like a Cheshire cat!
Let's just say that i'm glad I believe in Karma.
To anyone still owed money by this lovely man be assured that he's now getting some form of pay back!
Gone from a lovely big detached house and bragging how well life is going (even when you are deliberately lying to people about their money) to a crappy little flat because you've been chased by everyman and his dog for the money you owe out!
Just knowing that Wayne is dreading that knock on the door in case its a bailiff makes me smile so much my face aches!

I really hope that anyone still chasing money owed by the lovely (text removed by MSE Forum Team) can take solice in the fact that he's now living in a very small flat on (text removed by MSE Forum Team) and I can only imagine that it won't be long before he's made bankrupt which will stop him from being the director of a limited firm for a while.
Just know that LOM.uk are really lucky to have him and that Karma has come to bite his !!!!

Just to let anyone still chasing this idiot Wayne M.
He was declared bankrupt on 24/04/14 at Southend County Court.
Whether this was self imposed or due to someone else's request I don't know.

Also named as bankrupt on the same day was his lovely wife Caroline.

Just to give you all an idea what kind of person he is.
He trashed his rented house in Manners Way, ripping up laminate flooring for a fire in the garden.
He allowed his pet dog, something he wasn't allowed to have, to urinate all over the floors in the house.
He left ash trays full of fag butts all over the place.
Told porkies about his yearly income to get the house for rent.
He allowed baliffs, who were there to recover outstanding personal debts, into the property and gave them appliances that were not owned by him or his wife but by his landlord, letting them believe that they were his own property to pay off a debts.
The house cost the Landlord a fortune in lost rent, major repairs to walls, damaged floors, water damage from a suspiciously located nail in the cold water storage tank.
He continued to operate his company passing out new work to people he had no intention of paying for their time and skills leaving many of them with large bills to cover themselves.
He deliberately lied under oath in court, supplying false address and telephone numbers and claiming to have no knowledge of debtors other than myself and TSB.
He is now bankrupted so not much chance of anyone getting any money back or justice as the Small Claims court do not seem bothered about his purjury under oath.
This is the kind of man who is allowed to start a business then takes as much credit on as possible only to declare himself bankrupt.
If anyone knows this man please don't trust him or his wife. You'll only regret it later!

I have not updated this thread for a while.
Mr Wayne Mead is currently wanted by Southend C.I.D. for questioning about allegations of fraud. If you know the whereabouts of this lovely gentleman please contact Southend C.I.D. and ask for DC Vicky Caine.
His current whereabouts are not known but he is beleived to still be resident in the Southend or Leigh On Sea area.
