I know who Rocket_man is. Without patronising him I think he's being a little naive as far as Waynes word goes but, he may yet prove everyone else wrong. I know he's out of pocket so I understand his view point but think it may be misguided.
Wayne is a sneaky B*****d. He's now decided that if he tells the debtors that unclebulgaria, and people like me, are possibly going to ruin his chances of recovering the money he's owed by saying bad things then it will take the pressure off him and put it on me!
I have nothing but contempt for Wayne Mead and people like him, I have been almost ruined by a guy like him previously and vowed I wouldn't allow it to happen again. I ended up in a lot of debt but I paid it off and talked to my debtors to reassure them I would pay my debts. I did and I refuse to believe that Wayne Mead is incapable of the same.
They have managed to delete their listing from Yelp now, me gets the idea they're trying to take the wind from my sails! lol
  • Wow!
Wayne actually replied to an email. Amazing the effect that bad reviews have on someones memory, it seems to remind them to reply for a change!
So I'm going to get paid....WHEN?
No mention of a time limit or approximate date just a whinge about bad reviews making it hard for him and contractors ringing customers causing him problems!
On a positive note, he managed to tell the truth...even if a little misinformed about what he's actually kept me informed about!
Apparently the other company haven't paid my invoice. I shall be ringing to find out.
Is it too much to ask that if you're in debt with someone, or a group of people, that you maybe put together some sort of notice that the company are struggling due to poor cash flow caused by (he claims other people) bad payers so that creditors may understand whats happening or is it a better idea to lie repeatedly and then complain when people feel ripped off and annoyed to the point of writing bad reviews to stop others being messed about?
Apparently he's sort legal advice about the bad reviews! Truth hurts eh?
  • I am not on the board of directors of YBM i was an employee and are in exactly the same boat as you people out there. I am giving Wayne the benefit of the doubt here and letting him get on with what he has to do,
  • I am also owed money. Does anyone have his mobile number? I was also promised ill get my pay and that's been since feb!!

I don't mean to patronise you but Wayne makes it up as he goes along. I would email him and demand an answer. Insist that he replies within a set time, say 7 days, and tell him that failure to respond will result in legal action.
His email to me detailed apparent information he said he gave me verbally which, on my kids lives, he never did. If you have it in writing then he can't tell porkies. Don't accept his "you will be paid" without any time scale. Alternately use MCOL its slightly less than the paper way to start small claims against his company. £25 instead of £35.

    good luck.
  • Listen fella's please. I have seen proof of Wayne's financial situation. I've seen it in black and white format. He's only said to people what he's been told himself, I have seen e-mails confirming this. I really don't think it's worth taking him to court purely as he'll get 'wound up' and you won't get anything and neither will anyone else and is that really fair on all of us who are owed money albeit a smaller amount. I myself am owed £600 and desperately need that money to rebuild my life as it has crumbled away beneath me. Do you have a bed? do you have clean clothes? can you afford an occasional take -away? have you got a permanent abode? The situation will be resolved by Wayne in due course, I am happy to let him do what is neccessary. The thing that everyone on here needs to remember he hasn't folded and wound the company up and walked away from it as many a man would do, He's still operating in the hope of sorting this out. I simply cannot afford to wipe away £600

Is this some kind of character reference?

  • Rocket_man I understand that you want your money but have you forgotten this guy put you in the situation you're in now! Ask Wayne to dip his hand in his pocket and pay you a small amount each week to pay you back?
I bet he says no! He's the guy who put you in this situation and now he's got you begging people not to take him to court, I take my hat off to him, he's brainwashed you!
I have information that proves he's still lying about the outstanding amounts he owes people. He's received money he's still claiming he hasn't had!
So ask him to put his hand in his pocket or take a little out of his grocery bill each week and pay you your wages. I would put money on the only reason he's not gone and closed the company is he's tied in financially or some other reason stops him from walking away. If he was so brave he would have spoken to creditors and explained his situation and asked for time rather than lied and mislead people.

Probably better not to post your phone number. Get people to send you a private message and you can reply with your number.

Its ok that number is a very old sim card I had for my vans camera, its three years old and never been used. It'll go in the bin after I've been to court with Wayne!
    Thanks.
