meter tampering

Thanks, the only way they will be caught now is if the RPU people monitor their low usage. If anyone answers the door and refuses me saying the cupboards locked I pass this on to RPU for a closer look at their use. They have just caught a long term gas fiddler this year from 2005 who repayed every penny, (19k ) so its not cut and dried that they will get away with ittrollopscarletwoman wrote: »I know 2 electric meter fiddlers.
Both are retired sparks!
They both don't answer the door and have the meters in padlocked cupboards just so the mrs can't make a mistake.0 -
To sacsquacco
we`ll see what the court and the ombudsman have to say about this eventually ---- I don`t wish to stay with British Gas a second longer than I have to --- have been with them probably 15 - 20 years probably longer ---- only went to them because of the word British and I don`t think that they are British owned any longer --- who is these days -- but as far as I am concerned I am a ( was ) a loyal customer and to treat me in this way is appalling --- I just hope that they change their minds and decide to go into civil court because I have some surprises up my sleave that will blow them completely out of the water --- they haven`t heard half of what I now know -- and I will be inviting the press to the court and they will have a field day with British Gas -- they will start losing tons of business and this is what they deserve --- they have to get their act together and start giving better service and stop being so inefficient --- the left hand hasn`t got a clue what the right hand is doing most of the time0 -

With the greatest of respect I doubt they'll lose any business other than yours. Your case would certainly seem like the exception rather than the rule.
Also, 2 of the major 6 energy suppliers are still British owned, and BG are one of them.
It seems BG are dropping the court action, when does your contract expire? I have no idea at what point and how the ombudsman becomes involved in SME contracts.0 -

you should turn them in and report them because they are costing us all more money on our bills and at the end of the day --- it is thievery --- theft --- stealing ---- as I have said before on this forum --- if you cant`t afford the gas and electric on all of the time wear more clothes and wrap up in a thermal blanket --- much better for your health !!!
I'm not grassing anybody for anything.
Drink drive is about the only time I'll pick up the snitch phone.0 -

You never do though, do you?
Besides, waste of time on crimewatch for drinkers or druggies.
They've sobered up. Not like you.
You're bang to rights!0 -

Really? Sounds a bit primary school to me. Murder, assault, rape, abuse of various sorts: where does your personal objection to "grassing" end?0 -

We are not talking about the things you have listed in that.
I knew a foolish comment would come.0 -
Its not grassing when houses blow up and set on fire through it.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
