    recieved this reply from them:

    Dear ***

Our Chief Executive has asked me to respond to your communication I am sorry
to learn of your disappointment with our recent bedding offer.

We do state on the promotional literature that all stock is subject to
availability and I regret that on this occasion the offer was so
over-subscribed that we quickly ran out of the item.

The situation was further exacerbated by the fact that contrary to previous
expectations the supplier was unable to provide us with more or even
alternative stock. Consequently, we have now had to close the offer and I
fully appreciate your annoyance in this respect.

Our terms and conditions do state that goods are subject to availability. In
the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon
as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the
    goods.

Please do accept my apologies for any disappointment caused, and should you
have future enquiries or requests for assistance, feel free to contact me.

    Yours sincerely,
    Paul Cavanagh

Hi all, the quilt is back on the website in the sale.
Can they still advertise this when they have clearly informed us that they can no longer get supplies?

Is there a way to date stamp and copy/print that page as I think Trading Standards would be interested?

Have spoken to debenhams and e-mailed them the web page address, here is their reply:-

    Dear Mr

I have spoken with our website team and unfortunately an error has occurred, the item concerned is not available. It will me removed from the site as quickly as possible. we have contacted the suppliers directly and they are unable to supply us with any further stock in the foreseeable future.

Please accept my apologies once again for this disappointment
