whilst periods are entirely natural, having them from 12 to 45 is not really. your supposed to be pregant or breast feeding so not having that many periods in your lifetime0

nosey away.. I absolutely hate the feeling of tampons once you have been swimming - all full of water etc.. i'd be rushing to change them every 5 minutes! Plus my periods are so heavy that I tend to leak after a couple of hours even with super plus tampons in - so I actually wouldn't trust them not to leak into the pool... :eek:!

Chamomile is meant to have a stimulating effect on the menstrual cycle. I have tried drinking gallons of chamomile tea when I've wanted to bring on (and finish) a period sooner than normal and I think it has had an effect, although you can't exactly call it a scientific study.0

Taking ibruprofen doesnt make my flow any lighter? (im happy to find out i can carry on taking mefenamic acid to help with mine again now.)
