Thomsons paid up today. It is in the bank.We insisted they pay within 7 days or else we would submit our hearing statement and cheque to the court.

Or to look at it anotherway, 94% of those who initiate court action have so far won their compensation. Pretty good odds in anyone's book!

We were travelling with another party of 4, who also got paid out after initiating a seperate claim. In theory that's 2 successes without having to go to court! :j

Doing exactly the same with a Monarch claim now and the case in that one seems far more clear cut to me.
