I can't see anything on that old photobucket link now.
This same advice applies that I typed in post #3 at first:
''If they do send a Notice to Keeper, keep the envelope if it's got a different posting date on it than the letter inside, and see also if they have met the requirements for registered keeper liability at that point'':
http://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk/keeper-liability/PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OMG yes - that's laughable! An apparent Notice to OWNER with only 14 days to appeal... :rotfl:
And they reckon they can issue a 'summons or writ' because they want their ball back! Ooops they want their Notice back I mean...maybe send a copy of it back then!
Would like to see the small print on the back, the bit about appealing - what does it say?
Is this in England/Wales?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Is there nothing on the back, what does it say about POPLA?
And just spotted that they say 'we believe that the issue of the PCN provides 'reasonable cause' to obtain your details from the DVLA.' LOL, they are supposed to state why they had 'reasonable cause (e.g. because the vehicle overstayed, etc.) not 'because we issued a PCN'!
This is a very non-compliant Notice, laughable. Compare to the Parking Cowboys' website checklist about registered keeper liability and also compare the Notice to the requirements in the BPA Code of Practice too.
So have you challenged this rubbish yet in order to get a POPLA code?

Front and back all uploaded..
UNDER PARKING FINE0 -
Can't see the back of the Notice to Owner on your photos at all, just 2 pics of the front of the NTO, one of the front of the fake PCN and a few signs.
Anyway why don't you just challenge it so you get a POPLA code? As discussed on every other thread here and on pepipoo forum threads like this:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=79507
You could add a line saying you've noticed their so-called Notice to Owner is completely non-compliant with Schedule 4 of the POF Act 2012 so you invite them to find out why if they'd like to fund a POPLA appeal for you. Failing that they can cancel the fake PCN altogether as you certainly won't be paying it and will be complaining to Asda Executive Relations about them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
