When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Is the parking just for Matalan or is this part of a larger retail park? The signs were labelled Matalan which was just about all I could see from your tiny pics. It seems a bit bizarre that a large retail shed should want to deter customers by charging them for the privilege of parking in their car park. A supermarket may get away with it as almost every customer is going to buy something but I am sure that Matalan have plenty of people browsing rather than buying.
The signs looked new. I wonder if they are paying the correct business rates now that they are running a car park business? Free parking may well have been a condition of planning permission.0 -
Ok I re sized all the pics, Also went over to matalan today to speak to the manager and she said if I had returned on the day she could of cleared the fine. Great to late now, Any way today is D day and still not paid or appealed. I keep thinking am I doing the right thing??
