Sorry to get you to reconfirm this, but I think it is important. As I understand it only the Police and Local Authorities can use this term.
Could someone more experienced on this side of things confirm that it should be reported to the DVLA, Trading Standards and BPA as a misrepresentation of authority, as well as forming one of the planks in the OP's written appeal to POPLA?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
