All this talk of kitchens & kenwoods makes me want to get creating and baking!
Bouncyminky - your week sounds like so much fun!
Today WILL be a SFD. I have calculated that there are 153 days between 1st June and 1st November. I was planning to spend up to £200 on the festive period so by being MSE i'm sure £153 will be doable as long as I plan. And i do love a good plan/list.
So £1 a day from June - bring it on!:rudolf: DF by Xmas 2018: #83 £8,250/£15,000 55% :rudolf:

A more spendy day today. £5 on parking, £6 for a game of pitch n putt, £5.80 on hpt chocs to warm us up then £20 at SM on stuff for breakfasts and picnic lunches and a couple of bottles of wine. Still well within my holiday budget0

Evening all:),
Apologies for my AWOL, today is the first time I have felt remotely human after a week of yakiness, cold, tonsilitis and an ear infection, Oh the joys!!!
Have just updated my sig and will catch up with a week's worth of posts shortly. Not been to bad, mainly food shopping and drugs. Update on the speeding, had a letter charging me £60 and requesting my license to update it with 3 points. I wanted the course:mad:.
On a lighter note, I won a prize :jSigned copy of Dan Brown's new book 'Inferno', needless to say I was suitably impressed.
Anyway off to catch up, take care all xxxHalifax CC All paid Mort £7669.99,Car loan 31 months to go

Hi all, sorry I've not managed to check in much this month, been offline due to "dongle problems". It has been incredibly frustrating but hopefully now sorted and at least it has meant that I have been unable to do lots of shopping online for things I do not need!!
The grand flat declutter is underway and am hoping to come across lots of tat/treasures (delete as appropriate...) to sell on our favourite auction site, Could really do with a bit of extra money coming in at the moment, struggling a little with bills bills bills!
Off for a cuppa then to continue with the clutter!
Keep going everyone!0 -

Soap and glory is on 3 for 2 atm but there's a voucher in the boots instore magazine for a free £8 cheek/lip tint. Plus some people have been able to get a £2 off S&G voucher on the web or a £2 off lipstick from the advantage machines.
I got the £8 cheek tint, £6 eyeliner (which was needed) and a £5 lipbalm thing which im going to put towards a friends birthday present. The lipbalm was free as it was the cheapest and the tint due to the voucher so only paid £6:rudolf: DF by Xmas 2018: #83 £8,250/£15,000 55% :rudolf:

Well another spend day today but hopefully should be SFDs tomorrow and Thursday. Spent 50p at craft club, £20 for petrol and £4.40 for groceries which should do us until the end of the month.
My Gran has asked us not to come over on Saturday as she's so tired with travelling back and to to the hospital. At least I won't need to find anymore petrol money. I've looked at my spreadsheet and I'm considering transferring £40 into savings so I know in the joint account I only have so much left for any bills.
I'm enjoying all the baking chat. Today I made a lemon meringue pie for MIL's birthday present and she really enjoyed it. I'm considering making one for myself as it looked lovely but baking always seem to take so long especially with DS. We made ginger biscuits today but now they've all gone :rotfl:TOTAL DEBT £12,212.46/£2000 paid offDebt Free Goal September 2017#106 Emergency Fund £482.53/£10000 -
Aw Mrs Toast, your poor wee tired gran - must be tough on everyone
I'm currently sitting with all the lights on because I saw a big spider scuttle under the chair and now I can't find it
Gotta say Mrs Toast, you've got me craving toast and Nutella! I neither have bread nor Nutella in the house, but I'd love some mmmmm!
Had an unplanned spend from my misc budget today. Had to spend £3.69 on a can of Ant Spray  There were hundreds of them on the bathroom floor when I got up this morning. I have no idea where they came from but the spray did the trick and there aren't any there now(hope I've not spoken too soon). I'm boil washing my floor mat though! Much electricity being spent here tonight with boil washes and spider spotting lighting!!
Another unplanned spend came in the form of the £20 petrol for £10 offer that's on the MSE email. I figured any way to save money on petrol has got to be good, so I took the plunge.
Got an early start at work tomorrow but I have my lunch ready to take and dinner defrosting for when I get back.0
