FREE SKy+ and installation + no monthly charge

has anybody managed to cancel and then a start a new subscription with the OH as the subscriber but obviously the same address - going through quidco we could also recoup the cost of sky+.....but is it possible?????

They're ringing back at 6pm to speak to me as I want to make sure it's a PACE PVR3 box, not one of those rubbish Amstrad ones.

Result.

You can not specify which box you will get, it depends on what the driver has on the van that day.

Yes you can, i cancelled recently then the wife got the half price subs offer through Simply Digital as we had split up , we are back together now :rotfl:

Surprise after being turned off yesterday I find that Sky Sports News is now subcription is that right or have they made a mistake.

You won't get Sky Sports News without subscribing to a sky package. I even hear that Sky will be taking it off freeview too or at least making it a subscribed channel.

I left sky last year. wanting to reconnect now with Sky+, broadband, and talk, skysports. Which is the current number i need to be ringing for the cheapest option? the one on page 1???

This may be the route I go down.

Hi All
Wanted some help.
I am with sky tv for 10 months. I wanted to upgrade to sky +. but they wont let me do that with any discount. So i called up saying i wanna cancel the subcription . I said i am happy to pay for the remaining term of the contract. that way f i take a new subcription via quidco i still save few bucks with the sky plus box.
They said i cant cancell till 30 days before term finishes.. even if i want to pay the amount.The customer service chap on the other side of phone was very rude.
Q1. Whats the legal standing of me.. can i not buyout my contract?
Q2. can my partner go on line and start a new contract.. Can we have a new contract with sky + installed at same home?
please advice..

Had another go today and was offered Sky+ for £49 (inc. installation). The number I rang was 01506 831783. It's a foreign call centre I think but we were put through to cancellations who made the offer.
