  • oh come on paul ...that's ridiculous.
    remember the garage have had my car in 5 times ,the tell me they have changed bearings ,drop links ,checked discs ,balanced wheels at two different branches ,had rear wheels on the front and vice verse.And now only after i threaten to go legal do they fix it .two new tires they say but is it ??

    Ring your solicitor on monday morning. See if he gives you an answer you're happy with.

    At least he'll be getting paid £100 an hour by the O/P to listen....

    After 6 months of various letters and meetings...

    Solicitor "good news they're willing to offer you 20"
    O/P "thousand? thats great news. I knew i was right. Its been worth those thousands in fees"
    Solicitor "err, no, 20 pounds"
