    This British cancerous compensation culture thingy mentioned a few times here - I'm dead against it meself but isn't this what Martin constantly pushes for these days? Or is just reclaiming money due to the average punter that he is interested in .... ?

    Hi everyone ,been back to dealer today and wow .As I thought once these people are faced with someone who wont lie down then they know there beat.
    Four new avon tyres another 3 month warranty on "vibration " £100 worth of diesel a very apologetic sales manager and a £50 sweetener .
    Oh by the way vibration was caused by cv joint .

    What he pushes is people claiming back things that have been unreasonably charged by inadequately regulated big businesses who can and do) take their customers for a ride.

    That's quite a bit different from chasing compunsayshun for every little accident or inconvenience that comes along regardless of whether any real harm was intended or occurred, and regardless of what effect claiming it might have on others.

    If it was the CV joint, then you would have either noticed as soon as you bought the car, and also after they put the new tyre on. But in most cases you would notice it at low speeds, on full lock.

    So it looks like the OP has made the whole thing up to get a reaction (attention seeking).

    Ah! One of those intermittent faults on a cv joint. They greased it up to save themselves money and cunningly concealed it by buying you a new set of tyres.
